About The Company

Xti is a Spanish brand of shoes, bags and accessories created in 2000 and one of the most influential European brands and the biggest exporter of footwear in Spain.


The Sales Manager, Footwear manages wholesale store accounts through a combination of showroom sales, exhibition participation, cold telephone calls, working with customer data bases, product knowledge and communication with buying and planning teams.  


  • Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts for each store.
  • Create and implement strategies for own account to maximize sales growth and reduce inventory liability.
  • Extensive industry knowledge and competitive insight.
  • Analyze business by style and by door for each account.
  • Work directly with the buying and planning teams for each store to review seasonal sales and receipt plans, as well as profitability by month to maintain a healthy business.
  • Work with accounts in the showroom, present the collection, help build assortments that best represent the brand and the customer who shops the store. 
  • Monitor order entry and track shipping for each account.
  • Represent the core values of our brand and communicate our goals and initiatives effectively both internally and externally.
  • Regular market visits to maintain brand awareness and gather competitive intelligence.

  • Wholesale bookings according to target goals by season and year.
  • Sales to stock ratio by door.
  • Ability to communicate and demonstrate the XTI brand initiatives and core values.
  • Ability to develop trusting relationships with key account contacts.


  • BA/BS or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years experience with a luxury goods company working with major store accounts.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of retail math including mark-up, sell-through, OTB and gross margin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas.
  • Knowledge of 1C T&S is an advantage
